The short version
The Neubor website sets no cookies and no tracking storage before you choose. Essential storage that makes the site work is always on. We'd also like to use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics to improve the site — but only if you opt in. You can accept, reject, or fine-tune this whenever you like, and rejecting changes nothing about how the site works for you.
What cookies and similar technologies are
"Cookies" are small files a site can store on your device; "similar technologies" include local storage and in-memory storage used by scripts. UK law (PECR) and UK/EU GDPR treat these the same way: anything that isn't strictly necessary needs your consent first.

2. Analytics (only with your consent)
These help us understand which pages are useful so we can improve the site. They load only after you accept, are cookieless, set no advertising or cross-site identifiers, and never receive your name, email or chat messages — we send only anonymous usage and CTA identifiers.

Note: because our analytics is first-party, cookieless and low-intrusion, it may fall within the newer UK exemptions for statistical purposes (Data (Use and Access) Act 2025). We apply an opt-in consent step anyway, as a stricter and clearer standard.
What we don't do

- No cross-site tracking or data brokering.
- No selling or renting of your data — ever.
- No "cookie wall" — the site is fully usable if you reject analytics.
Managing or withdrawing your consent
You're always in control. You can change your choice in three ways:
- Use the Manage cookie preferences button above (or the Cookie settings link in the footer of every page).
- Accept or reject from the banner shown on your first visit.
- Clear your browser's site data to reset your choice entirely.
Withdrawing consent stops analytics immediately and is exactly as easy as giving it.
The AI assistant
Our chat widget is an AI assistant. It identifies itself as AI, and what you type is processed to generate a reply (see the Privacy Policy for who processes it and where). The assistant gives general information only and can be wrong — please verify anything important with us directly.
