1. About Neubor
Neubor is the trading name of Kieran Bourne, a sole trader based in Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire, UK, offering website and logo design, AI assistants and business automation services. By using this website you accept these terms.
2. Use of this website
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not use it in any way that breaches applicable laws, infringes intellectual property rights, or transmits harmful or offensive content.
3. Services
Project work is governed by a separate written agreement or proposal issued before work begins. A price marked fixed covers the package scope described on this website; a price marked from is a starting point for work whose scope varies. VAT is added where legally applicable. Your written proposal confirms the exact scope, price, exclusions and any third-party costs before work begins.
4. Logo Design satisfaction guarantee
The fixed-price Logo Design package includes a 100% satisfaction guarantee at the concept stage. If neither first-round direction gives you a route you want to develop, you must tell us within 14 calendar days of the first presentation and before approving a concept or receiving final files. You may choose one fresh concept-stage restart or a full refund of the Logo Design fee. If the restarted concept is still not acceptable before approval, the full refund remains available. If a refund is issued, no logo or concept may be used and no intellectual-property rights transfer. The guarantee covers the Logo Design fee only, not separately agreed extras or third-party costs. Once you approve a direction or receive final files, the voluntary guarantee has been fulfilled. Nothing in this guarantee limits your statutory rights, including the right to services performed with reasonable care and skill.
5. Website performance handover commitment
Where a written proposal includes our 90+ mobile Lighthouse Performance handover commitment, it applies only to the eligible brochure or lead-generation build and representative production page named in that proposal. We take three fresh Chrome Lighthouse mobile measurements at handover and use the median Performance score. If that result is below 90, our remedy is to continue optimising the included work at no extra charge before sign-off. It is not a permanent or worldwide score guarantee: location, device, network, hosting, third-party services and changes after handover can affect later measurements. Any exclusions or essential third-party limitations will be agreed before work begins.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this website — text, design, code, graphics — is owned by Neubor unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce it without written permission. Client deliverables are governed by the terms of the project agreement.
7. Limitation of liability
This website is provided "as is". Neubor makes no warranties about availability or fitness for a particular purpose. Our liability for any claim arising from use of this website is limited to the greater of £100 or fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
8. AI assistant
The chat assistant on this site is an AI system and identifies itself as such. It provides general information only, is not a substitute for professional advice, and may occasionally produce inaccurate or incomplete responses. It does not make any automated decision about you — a person handles anything binding. Always verify important information with us directly, and please don't enter sensitive personal information into the chat. How your messages are processed is set out in our Privacy Policy.

Our use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, and our use of cookies and similar technologies by our Cookie Policy.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
