- What does the 100% satisfaction guarantee mean?
- If neither first-round direction gives you a route you want to develop, tell us before approving a concept and within 14 days of the first presentation. Choose one fresh concept-stage restart or a full refund of the logo-design fee. If the restarted concept is still not acceptable before approval, the full refund remains available. If refunded, the concepts cannot be used and no rights transfer. Once you approve a direction or receive final files, the guarantee has been fulfilled. This is additional to, and does not limit, your statutory rights.
- Will I own the logo?
- Yes. Once the final balance is paid, rights in the approved final logo transfer to you and you receive editable vector files. Unused concepts remain Neubor's work and are not licensed for use.
- Is trademark registration included?
- No. We check the immediate visual landscape and avoid obvious imitation, but that is not legal trademark clearance. If registration matters, we will prepare suitable files and recommend checking with the UK IPO or a trademark professional before filing.
