I take registrations through a simple flow, confirm each entrant, and keep a live list you can see at any time. On the day I run check-in with a deadline, sort out no-shows and replacements, and lock the bracket once we're set — so you start on time without chasing people round.
Can you keep players updated during the event?
That's the part that makes it feel pro. I send match reminders and 'you're up next' pings, post results as rounds finish, and keep the bracket current so everyone knows where they stand. If a match runs over or someone drops, I adjust the schedule and let the affected players know straight away.
